Good service for driiveme ! Good link with customer. But Avis din''t give me the car who I check online with the Driiveme ! It was other type , other size, ... complety other car.

Hola, nuestra experiencia es muy positiva. Pudimos acceder a un Renault Capture (con matrícula francesa) en lugar de un Renault Clio. No hubo ningún problema en la recogida y entrega del vehículo, fue rápido. El vehículo estaba en perfectas condiciones, limpio. Muy contentos.

El vehículo era muy pequeño y no se había avisado. Por lo demás todo bien. Procedimiento de recogida y devolución muy cómodo.

Demasiada cola al recoger el vehículo en día festivo. El vehículo era nuevo. La atención por parte de DriiveMe y la compañía, telefurgo en mi caso, fue muy buena.

Todo fue normal. Es un servicio muy útil. Gracias

Perfect pick up. A little bit slow drop off, there was only one person for the car checking.

All went well till I went to fill up the car. The fuel cap did not indicate clearly what fuel to use and there was nothing in the rental agreement that indicated which fuel to use either. I had to phone the pick-up branch. Could have been disastrous! Very nice car though, handled well.

Todo perfecto, no obstante para las entregas en Portugal, teniendo el vehículo un dispositivo de peajes, deberían explicar si esta operativo o no, para saber como actuar ante lo complicado que puede ser en Portugal. Cualquier recomendación en ese sentido es de agradecer. Gracias
