Driver Mark was very professional and courteous.

Very professional, friendly and courteous

Fast delivery

All good

Was a smooth handover, and money in account swiftly.

Please tell your dealer that they didn't transfer the payment to me when they pick up my car.

Chris was brilliant so friendly and very professional a credit to your company

Good handover

All good thanks

Collection process was great

Your driver, Daniel, could not have been more helpful. The reason for me not giving 5 stars was that Lexus Birmingham took nearly 2 hours to process the payment.

Quick and easy service.

All good

Trevor was superb! Great customer service and ensured everything was sorted for us. Definitely recommend and would go back to Trevor to transport another car! Top guy!
