Pick-up: should maybe think about installing a doorbell. But the person in charge was helpful. Drop-off: no problems. Vehicle: past its prime, but that was expected; still a decent car.

Great service from Hertz Edinburgh branch. Car was ok however having 500miles when the trip is just short of 500miles was not workable
