There a dent in the rear passenger side I did not know about

All good and process explained clearly, with car checked and pictures/info sent to dealer.

No problems other than for the driver who arrived 70 minutes earlier than the message I was sent by text. He had to wait half an hour for me to arrive. However he was very pleasant to deal with and all was fine.

Driver was very polite and really helped with the process and was very helpful. This really made the process smooth and seem less.

Excellent pick up service
