Accueil correct. Vehicule propre. Un petit manquement de l'accueil en oubliant de me transmettre le ticket de sortie du parking. Perte de temps pour le client !

Le personnel de avis orly ne savait pas utiliser la fonctionnalité driiveme donc l attente a été très longue lors de la prise en compte du véhicule. Sinon pour le reste aucun soucis.

pick up agency was a bit slow providing the vehicle, had to wait about 45 min drop off agency wa apparently not informed of the updated date and time of drop off, but kindly adapted ans was there for me

Pick up closed 12-2 but in fact closed longer; car had a completely flat tyre so if there hadn’t been a garage next door I couldn’t have driven it: fuel tank also completely empty but that was ok again as garage next door; no passenger side wing mirror on the car which is dangerous
