First time I used DriiveMe and it been a great experience from booking to drop off. Thank you Drive me for the great service. Highly recommended.

Covid friendly

Probleme de connexion au véhicule (dus a mon telephone apparemment) et difficultés a trouver une place dans la rue indiquée plus probleme avec le logiciel malgré l'utilisation d'un autre telephone.

Adresse de départ incomplète, numéros de téléphone du louer erroné. Difficultés au départ à trouver le véhicule, les clés. Constat d'état des lieu très incomplet (beaucoup de dégâts non noté)

Agence Europcar CDG 2D fermée. Il a fallu repartir à CDG2F. 3nos de téléphones Europcar faux , 2 fermes définitivement et un répondeur qui raccrchait systématiquement. Donc inquiétude jusqu"au bout pour confirmer la resa.

Parfait.

Frais en plus dissimuler (25 €)

Todo perfecto. Un buen servicio sin esperas y con un buen vehículo.

Véhicule rayé

El vehículo estaba bastante sucio cuando me lo entregaron.

c'è stato un errore di addebito per un disguido causato dal noleggiatore sulla riconsegna. E' stato poi gestito e sanato.

Ras

Inside windscreen had not been cleaned and visibility impacted with low sunshine. Otherwise fine.

No one at Avis Gare de l'Est office to help or close contract even though I showed up during official opening hours. No one either available on the phone at the Customer Service nbr (again, I called during regular business hours).
