La prise en charge du véhicule et la remise se sont très bien Passes impeccable et économique

Parfait !

Waited almost 1 hour for pick up from terminal to hertz office. Due because staff member was single handed, doing both pick up runs and manning the office. I found all Hertz staff mebers were polite and courteous. A good customer service experience.

Véhicule avec boite de vitesse ayant quelques soucis. la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas pour faire 700 km par cette chaleur, le trajet fut moyennement agréable

Car clean and ready for collection at agreed time. Staff were helpful and polite both when collecting and returning the vehicle.

Picked up at Glasgow airport without hassle and dropped off at Gatwick airport. Nice comfortable car, with only one pound to pay plus fuel, can't complain at all.

Carro novo e confortável. A viatura foi-me entregue com 3/4 de combustível, quando no documento da AVIS constava tanque cheio. Na entrega do veículo em Madrid era dia de festas(feriado), e endereço indicado para entrega não era o correto, tive muita dificuldades para resolver a ocorrência.

Pick up was super easy and totally hassle free. Drop off was also easy, we dropped it off after hours and we’re able to leave the keys in the drop box. And the car itself was amazing! I would absolutely book with driiveme again, we’ve already recommended several people to use yo services
