Todo bien, menos la señora de Soptrans que solo le falta la escoba voladora y el caldero.

Apart from the pick up process being a bit too slow (It took nearly an hour and a half to pick up the car), the rest was perfect. Really nice car, drop off was smooth and quick.

Great service for pickup Hertz office staff (Cardiff) were excellent and very helpful. Hertz office in Gatwick was closed on drop off with no parking available meaning it was stressful to return - opening hours state 0600 but still closed at 0700. Placed keys in drop off box.

Très bonne expérience. Aucun soucis avec le véhicule. Idem pour le retrait et la dépose du véhicule. Très bon contact téléphonique avec driiveme lors de la location, merci pour avoir réussi à me retrouver un véhicule et des kms supplémentaires, alors que celui repéré était pris. Bon service clientèl
