Got an email saying my booking was confirmed. However, when I went to pick the car up my booking was not in the system. It took the staff an hour before I could get a car and my travel plan was delayed. Everything else was fine.

I've booked rentals with your company a few times and the process has always been straightforward and queries dealt with efficiently and professionally. Just baffled by the invoice I've received from hertz advising rental has cost £501. Worried this will be debited from my account.

Collection was easy and so was drop off. Made our trip from Bristol to Heathrow Airport super-easy. We would definitely use again.
