Great vehicle; lovely trip

Very smooth transaction from driive me and Hertz

The whole process was smooth. Both the pick-up and the drop-off. The car was good - with a huge fuel consumption, though!

All went as expected, I was surprised it was a mini bus but it didn't bother me too much but other customers may find it difficult to drive so maybe a little more information about the vehicle they will be getting.

Was expecting a small car but got a pick up truck which was fantastic for the drive from Edinburgh to Birmingham.

Insurance cost too high not indicated at time of booking, should b no surprises at the last second

Hertz just verbally said the vehicle was ok on drop off. Would have liked to get a document stating as much for peace fo mind. Always worried about unexpected charges due to past experience of car hire. If this came through on the app, it would be even better;-)
