drop off must be scheduled at a specific time, otherwise you may run into issues like me when trying to drop off the van at 9am

Hi! I am very pleased with drivemee, but had a unfortunate experiense with Hertz. At pickup they told me not to inspect the car, and on delivery they confirmed that everything was ok and I signed. Now they have sent me a £150 invoce for a damage I did not do. Can you help in any way? Thank you
