Vehicle could have had a cleaner interior

Steve at Exeter was awesome. V friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain how the car works. I tried to call Hertz on three different numbers on Saturday to ask about drop off. No one answered. No one at Gatwick to receive car either.

No issues at all. A+++

Fantastic app and service.

Smooth process from start to finish. The vehicle was very comfy and easy to drive. I would 100% use this device again.

Finding location of Hertz in the manchester airport was too hard. I think you need to more labels.

Slight confusion on collection and drop off

Left my phone in boot of car but only discovered this once already dropped keys in drop-box. Nobody there to ask or help did report to Enterprise car hire next door to pass on when Avis staff member arrive at building. Unfortunately nobody yet had decency to get in touch with me. Please can you help

Could of been a bigger vehicle so can fit my luggauge in easily

Everything was great. Was not sure whether had to re-fill the tank, so had to phone to ask.
