Efficient service, nice car. When I told the person receiving the car that I needed to get to T5 he explained that I could actually drop the car at the terminal which was really helpful and saved me a lot of traveling.

Car was supposed to carry five cases, but I was given a small compact car. Can't complain for a pound of course, but surely you should let people know so they can plan re luggage etc. ?

Vehicle pick was good customer service had some one there to greet me they could have told me to leave the key at the key box in Manchester due no one being there i was travelling a long distance i feel the petrol vehicle was ideal i would have preferred a diesel or even an electric
