There was an issue with wrong fuel reading at pick-up, but that was resolved with a phone call. Car was decent, but tyre pressure notification light was on

Very quick and efficient and obviously cheap! Vehicle my girlfriend and I got was very nice. Rented for a holiday flight out of Gatwick Airport from Exeter so was perfect. No hidden fees or nagging for extras. Definitely use again.

Was difficult to find the car pick up as all signs said car crop off. I was being dropped off in a car to pick up rental so instructions how to get to the office were very confusing. Not everyone is picking up their vehicle by using public transport, particularly at the moment

The pick up location wasn't the ideal one for me but otherwise everything was excellent again
