Very smooth process, the guy at the pick up location was very good! not quiet the BMW 3 series that was indicated, hardly surprising, ended up with a nissan Qashqui Easily the cheapest car hire i have ever done!

Worked well for me as I had to pick up a car from Manchester.. otherwise can be a headache if you have to make your way from a drop of location to your destination.. ideal if you catching a flight from drop of airport..

A great experience and price. The service from Hertz is always good and the same service was extended to me for this rental of £1. I highly recommend this service to everyone to take advantage of.

Returned car with exactly same fuel level but still got charged. Hertz must do better. Luckily I always take a before and after photo.

Postcode was incorrect for hertz at Bristol airport... the hertz rep contact didn’t call us back to help us locate the office. Eventually we found new location Car no issues Drop off at Manchester helpful and speedy

Waited almost 1 hour for pick up from terminal to hertz office. Due because staff member was single handed, doing both pick up runs and manning the office. I found all Hertz staff mebers were polite and courteous. A good customer service experience.

Car clean and ready for collection at agreed time. Staff were helpful and polite both when collecting and returning the vehicle.
