Picked up at Glasgow airport without hassle and dropped off at Gatwick airport. Nice comfortable car, with only one pound to pay plus fuel, can't complain at all.

Pick up was super easy and totally hassle free. Drop off was also easy, we dropped it off after hours and we’re able to leave the keys in the drop box. And the car itself was amazing! I would absolutely book with driiveme again, we’ve already recommended several people to use yo services

When I picked up the car there was 295 miles in the petrol tank and I left it with 296 and they still charged me a petrol charge of 12 pounds or so

Very small, no satnav

I wasn't informed of having to complete the steps from the app on the pickup, the plate number was initially wrong and on the drop off they were expecting the car somewhere else. However they were very helpful on the drop off and accepted the car as I was told to leave it there when I booked it.

The Avis staff member I spoke with at Glasgow Airport was very friendly and helpful, however, when we returned the car to Heathrow Airport at 02:00, we had to drop it using the out of hours drop off box and I am yet to hear whether the car has been approved and when I will receive my deposit back.

Great service, very easy process. Only issue was the end checks. Mileage wasn't recorded correctly at start of journey (900 miles instead of 9000) so when I arrived to drop off i was told that I owed £9000 in mileage costs despite driving only 150 miles. Resolved eventually but had a heart attack.

Very comfortable drive. It would have been better if a Sat Nav was included.

But unclear where the pick up and drop off was - should have said airport. Car said 5 seater with 2 suitcases and suggesting it was sudan but it was a fiat 500 everything else was great

It would be great to know the actual car you are booking. It said "berlina" and when I got there it was a 9 seat van. Adding insurance to it is also not very transparent. Both rentals where with Avis, the 1st time they charged me 17e. and this second time they told me that the 29e. were th
