Hassle free experience

The deposit supposed to be 200€, but they asked 1280+300. They offered me to pay 26€ instead of the deposit, I choosed that.

Everything went really smoothly. The vehicle was ready when I arrived at Avis (Truro) and everything was processed quickly. The vehicle was great, fairly new and very clean. Drop-off at Heathrow was easy once I figured out where to go. Very pleased with this service - would highly recommend.

Avis were not prepared for the vehicle pick up and the car was still in the remote rental car park. If I had not been accompanied by someone with a car I would not have been able to get to the car. Two previous options to Zurich were cancelled on Friday which permitted me to find a car to Geneva but

It seemed too good to be true, hired a car from Newcastle to Stansted airport , total cost including fuel was only £41 , I had a 69 plate Ford Focus , had all the essential ,media, Bluetooth, Apple play ,air con, cruise control, made by journey very easy, will not hesitate to use again

Amazing service at pick-up and drop-off points.

A very good experience for just £1. A minor improvements point: the pick-up/drop-off times on the app don't seem to match what has been booked/what is in the confirmation email. Think this is a mismatch between UK/French times.

Super easy, friendly staff and simple process both ends and the car was great.

Fantastic service, great deal and staff were so lovely and helpful in both Lisbon and Porto. Can't recommend enough for people wishing an easy option to rent between destinations. Many thanks!
