Perfect vehicle provided. The only downsizing was the hassle to get from Gatwick north terminal to the Arora International hotel in Crawley, specially at the time I went.

Comfortable vehicle

Happy with the rental, but disappointed with still waiting for my deposit to be returned from Hertz.

I have been charged for damage which i did not cause on the vehicle. The scuff they are talking about is so small that I am unable to see it from the email they sent. I spoke to the manager of Hertz Glasgow airport and he was also unable to see the supposed damage to the car.

Simple process. No possibility to change T1 for T2 at pick up. Car had several marks and scratches to be revised by me without support.

Hertz were excellent. Start to finish. Very effective service. Car was in a great condition and Hertz were flexible. The Volvo V40 turned out not to be my dream car but that is very subjective!

Completely hassle free.Registration simple and courteous staff throughout with follow up emails. A very nice experience.
