Great car at a great price

Brilliant! Will certainly use again

Pick up was easy this time, with a brand new car hire building at Bristol. Drop off (Heathrow) wasn't quite as easy, but it never is with two young children! Easy enough though and we didn't miss our flight, so all good! I can't really complain for £1 (plus fuel) ;)

I will defiantly be using this system again ,,, Amazing !

Issue at pickup where they initially refused to let the car on a UK credit card in my name while my ID is from a different EU country. Never came across such nonsense before.

Pick up easy and with no problems. Dropp off. This rental only it's Interesting if you live in Cullar Vega (Granada's suburbs) or you get someone to pick up you from the dropp off place. If not it's difficult to back to Granada city by public transport.

Amazing new way of renting at affordable price, yet the pick-up and drop-off are somewhat stressful especially without a careful briefing. I would recommend to make a white board video presentation to help clients. Also be careful with the instruction consistency, voice msg, email, contract, www

A Mercedes C Class for £1 - absolutely delightful stuff!

The only issue was that the info you provided was a bit incorrect- for my trip, I have 48 hours and not 24 and if I knew in advance I would have managed my timing a bit differently.

Nice car and excellent service, as usual

Pick up was smooth and staff really helpful, drop off standard Hertz delivery. Car was excellent and prepared well as you would expect for any rental. Only issue I had was that I needed to book by phone due to a website glitch.
