The return agency closes before the time

Pick and drop of OK, although I have had a claims notice for damage to the windscreen of another vehicle! I have informed Hertz of their mistake. The hire vehicle also had some unreported marks. I sent photos to Hertz Bristol after informing them of the marks.

Loved it

Got a Volvo xc90 and it was great. Although for a 69 plate car, it looked like it had been through a car wash everytime as the metallic black paint was flat and covered in 'micro marring'. It needs a professional detailer to get rid of them

Great experience. I also used www.rentalcover.com instead of getting the rental company's excess insurance so the entire rental was less than a tenner. Vehicle was a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hybrid so petrol to Manchester was only £25. Would definitely recommend!
