Will not your fault but Bristol airport car pick up is very poor, the dose not seem to be any were for any one that takes you there to park and the drop off was bery bad office unmaned evan thou it had a sign on the door saying that it was open till 10 pm i droped the car off at 4.45 pm. Hertz have taken £501.00 from my credit card unlawfully causing me great distress whilst away attending my son's wedding in Sri Lanka, both shameful and unforgivable.... I will be taking the matter up with my credit card company when I return and will be looking to be compensated for the distress

Good experience

When I arrived to drop off the car in Touloude, I found it strange that the agents only received my keys period there is no paperwork exchanged. I found that strange but otherwise great.

I arrived at Hertz Exeter and the vehicle was blocked so had to wait for 30 minutes for Hertz to unblock it and allow me to proceed with my hire. On arrival at Heathrow I was kept waiting trying to hand the car back because they had no room inside of the drop off point.

Don't accept revolut card as credit card. Even if technically you can lock the same amount of cash.
