No where to park the car on return car park full

Arrived at pickup desk (Cardiff) on New Years day, to a sign that attendants were carrying out a delivery. Wasn't aware as I was using a foreign phone at the time. Could have emailed to let me know, but luckily they returned within 15 minutes. Very happy with car - Mercedes C220. Good experience.

Felt like a good hertz rental - Small deposit, no hard upsell. Overall great experience.

Nice car, fast and easy pickup and dropoff.

The vehicle pick up had units in KMs. We don't use KM in UK rather than Miles. Wasted a lot of time arguing that I had at least 200miles included but the rental kept on arguing that it was KMs. Please talk to Avis to synchronise their system to yours.
