Friendly staff! Excelent service

Simple and easy, whole process was fine from booking to drop off. Very happy.

Slight trouble with timing for pick up as email time had no time zone indicated and booking in app had one hour difference to the email. All else went smoothly for my first DriiveMe

Everything was as planned except sofywsre of Driiveme must inorove on confirmation info, communication and feedback more throughly as we feel more confident before getting confirmation. The Apos can't reserve for cars and you gotto go thru the web... this is another area of improvement. Hope it help

Driiveme were great! Hertz were OK. Initially I was ignored and then took ages to find the drop off office. I did agree to hire a 9m3 van however I was given a Luton van which was another option when booking. I wasn't too happy about that, driving from Aberdeen to Darlington in high winds.
