Great car, easy pick up and drop off. Only issue was we were charged additional miles as the miles picked up/returned were entered incorrectly. We called and spoke to support and was helpful and refunded with ease. Overall good experience and would use again.

Excellent seamless service no issues whatsoever at start and end of journey

We had to wait over 45 minutes to drop off our car. The Avis unit at Faro decided to change the car but didn’t update the paperwork. Consequently the drop off Avis location couldn’t accept the car.

Used loads of times and DriiveMe are so easy to deal with!

Wow what is there not to like? Picked up at Bristol Airport dropped off at Heathrow Airport, was then given a lift to the terminal I was flying from! All for £1 plus the fuel I used. Driiveme was simple to use, will definitely use again.

Le camion avait un rétro de cassé, et en chemin j'ai dû/pû le réparer avec du scotch, ça aurait été sympa d'être prévenu avant le pick-up. Le site de drop-off mériterait quelques précisions en raison de l'imprécision de la voirie mais à part cela, la route s'est bien passée.

The paperwork for the drop off point had the wrong post code.

People at Hertz at Heathrow airport were incredibly rude and tried to overcharge me for the journey.

Very easy procedure for picking up the car from Hertz. The vehicle was clean and full of fuel. At the dop off the vehicle was quickly checked.
