Drop off at Lisbon airport very congested

The Hertz car pick up was easy after travelling over 2 hours from Wales to get to Bristol airport. Drop off was super quick at Hertz Heathrow and the courtesy bus meant that my journey back to East London was just a quick 2 tube and one bus. The car was spotless.

It was a great experience for me. Only problem they did not accept top-up debit card. This should be noted.

Took over 45 mins to pick up the car and they were unaware of how to process the booking!

On arrival at Glasgow the return office was closed and no one there to assist. I had to ask other hire companies what to do and they told me to drop the key on a letter box. My expectations was that someone will check the car at the drop off location. I haven’t heard anything from hertz hope allgood

Hertz provided the wrong car, which caused complications at the arrival destination - trying to check-in a car that they weren’t expecting!

I am amazed ..... l thought it was a con trick but it appears to be honest and genuine. Once l check out my bank account to confirm it was above board l will eagerly recommend this deal to anyone who will listen.

Perfect

At drop off Hertz tried to charge me £39 in excess mileage. The hire in closed 500 miles, I drove from Newcastle to London ( via Framlingham) which was a max of 350miles. They were very off hand after admitting that the starting mileage was incorrect. And eventually cancelled the charge.
