It is expensive unless you have 3 or more people. If the tolls were included it would be much better. The people at Guerin were great ! They were clear and helpful

All went smoothly. Thought it would be a 5 door car but it was only 3 door

The location of the pickup and drop off agencies in the app are like super wrong, be careful and check them before going.. the car was super dirty! I almost consider to pay the washing. Also, when I received the car, the tank was like super low, I had to go asap to fill it up. Besides that, peprfect

Easy pickup and return. Great way to travel at low cost

All went beautifully except I could not find a petrol station on the correct side of the road in order to fill up before Sevilla airport so had to return the car only 3/4 full. Maybe would be worth providing directions in such cases, as a one way rental will always be coming from the same direction?

Great idea to return rental cars, however when we asked for a 4 door it happened to matter as we had an elderly lady with us who needed access and space for mobility equipment. When we collected our car we were left with small 2 door this was difficult and uncomfortable.

It was busy at Hertz Heathrow and when l arrived but was quickly seen and the vehicle handed back. All in all a good deal that I will definitely use again when traveling to Heathrow for my next flight.

Easy to use,

The guy at Lisbon airport pick up was brilliant and really made the collection easy and informative. At Faro the collection was very brisk and un friendly- he couldn’t even tell us if or where the bus to Faro station went from. It’s the no 15/16 from outside the cafe if anyone wants to tell him!!

The rental company trying to pin every little thing on customers. Not happy with rip off..

The rental worked perfectly. The only hiccup was at vehicle pick up where the machine had trouble reading my bank card but this was eventually resolved with a relatively small delay. Assuming no unexpected charges come through in the next few days I will be able to say that I am very satisfied.

The whole process was very easy and pleasent experience.

Everything was great, except at the pick up location the employee did not seem to know the policies of driive me. One of the things was that he refused to give the extra cover as he said it was not possible with driive me, so I had to show him the contract before he agreed to put it through.
