Waited hours to get the car from the airport..

Arrangements had to be made for pick-up and drop-off because the reservation was not handed soon enough to the centers. Pick up was only possible 2h after normal schedule...

Terrible pick-up at Bilbao airport; it took one hour and no one was available to do a check of the car

Additional info required at pick up for HERTZ. 1) drivers licence code to confirm points on licence and 2) bank or credit card statement of the card used showing address and matching to drivers licence. The bank statement was unexpected and I had to download at hire desk to get the car.

Your online booking process indicated a 5 door saloon. The car we got was a small hatchback.

Overall a very good experience. Was asked to pay £9,071 on dropping the car due driving an extra 8,000 miles in 24 hours. Was eventually sorted.
