Vehicle wasnt full and then they charged me as if it was full when I left it with extra anyways. Disgraceful. I did complaint and they said they will come back but never did.

Great service on the day of pick up/drop off. App needs some work to stay up to date with availability and customer service needs to develop their communication in multiple ways. Overall I would definitely use the service again, great value for money!

This is a great way to travel in Europe!

Overall a great experience, marred slightly by the long wait at Edinburgh Airport, but this due to the high volume of Hertz rentals during a bank holiday and the Edinburgh Festival starting.

Great idea and worked well with my plans. Only thing I didn’t like was being told to take back the car on empty as they were draining the fuel and taking it off the books anyway. The plan was to charge £1.45 per litre to cover the full tank I started with. Suffice to say I filled it up

I am very happy about the service proposed by DriiveMe, the only negative point I can make is about the vehicle which had a wasps nest inside. Fortunately, it was not dangerous for the driver.
