During the reservation I had some issues, for instance, in registering my address (platform doesn’t allow to inform my city). I got support from Raquel that was very kind and helped me through the process.

Great idea shame the criminals at Hertz ripped me off and cheated me out of £170 for some damage on the car that was already there. Sadly if you partner with dispicable companies like that then your business won't have any legs

Apart from the pick up process being a bit too slow (It took nearly an hour and a half to pick up the car), the rest was perfect. Really nice car, drop off was smooth and quick.

Great service for pickup Hertz office staff (Cardiff) were excellent and very helpful. Hertz office in Gatwick was closed on drop off with no parking available meaning it was stressful to return - opening hours state 0600 but still closed at 0700. Placed keys in drop off box.

Everything was very easy and will definitely do it again

As usual the car had a lot of dents and chips which I carefully checked. Some were not logged. After I’d started my journey I realised the aircon wasn’t working. Black car, hottest day of the year and 300 miles meant it wasn’t a pleasant journey.

Becoming more often that there is confusion about the fuel policy but otherwise the usual great service from both driive me and hertz.
