Great value and excellent service

Hello, pick up the car i was a little surprised to pay more (€35)voor the car ‘upgrade’? My booking told me i reserved an 4x4 5 seats manual car. Only with an upgrade i get the car. Car was great. Drop off airport was very busy. Thats the only thing. We had to wait almost an hour.

My first rental and it was so easy. Exactly like renting any other car only it cost a pound.

There was damage on the vehicle when i picked it up, the sixt rep said to take photo's. When i dropped it off the agent accused me of damaging the vehicle even after i showed him the photos. Now there is a hold on my damage deposit untill sixt damage dept contacts me. There are also road tolls.

Very smooth experience, sixt car knew exactly what a driiveme relocation was and how to charge for it.

Correct communication

I picked up the van. It was inserviced, so dirty and only 5/8 full of diesel. That was not a problem for me and I pointed out the fuel level at pick up and drop off. However it appears that I have been charged a fuel and service fee by Hertz of circs £55.

Very happy with the car rental. The queue for pick up was slow moving at Lisbon Airport, otherwise all was fine.

Victor was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to provide an alternative to my initial unsuccessful request. I will definitely use this platform again and refer others to it. Fantastic idea!

This is an excellent idea and I enjoyed the drive south in the Corsa. Queue at Hertz Edinburgh Airport was huge. The Hertz representative insisted I take the pre paid fuel option. Frustrating as I paid for a full tank and didn't use anywhere near a full tank. Will definitely use again.
