The process picking booking the rental through Driiveme was great. However, Hertz charged me a mileage fee for going over the 500 miles when I did not. They did not have the mileage recorded correctly at pickup but I didn't realize it until drop-off. They should have made that more clear at start.

Brilliant. Ideal way to get to Heathrow and avoid huge parking charges.

Overall, fantastic service. The pick up at Bristol Airport was not clear - only Drop Off was sign posted, not pick up, but the car to be used was at the Drop Off pointless. All a faff.

Was a bit shocked to find I was only getting a Corsa.. Driiveme in Europe offers many groups.. in Uk everything is just a Sedan and you can get anything.. However completing the rental for a total of £1 does bring a smile to your face

We had booked 2 x cars for comfort as we had 5 adults travelling, each adult with luggage, backpacks, sticks and walking boots. On arrival at pickup we were informed we had been assigned 2 x 8 seater vehicles.Due to this fact we cancelled one of the vehicles. Very comfortable Mercedes Vito.

Manchester airport signage for vehicle rental returns is very poor to non-existent.

I was overcharged for petrol use, with hindsight it would have been better to have filled it up myself, but I was told I wasn't allowed, even though I had a 500 mile allowance, and there was only enough petrol for 400 miles.
