Fantastic as per usual thank you for a great service

First time using the service and was very impressed. Team at Hertz were extremely helpful and Driiveme app provided clear instructions.

On collecting the vehicle I was told in correct information and basically was left in a position where I was told to send video to somewhere where they wouldn’t get it the vehicle was damaged and not logged in the correct manner and on arrival I’ve been accused of the damage which is not the Case

Overall good, told to turn up 30mins before then told needed to drop car half hour earlier because I’d turned up early.
