Both Berta pick up and drop off huts are the cars closed. All others open. Key drop off quite a walk from the car park when all others were at the car park.

Access to drop off was a little confusing

The service provided by Driiveme was very good. Although I don't think it was malicious, there were some severe discrepancies between the various fees given by Driiveme and the ones given by the rental company directly. I hope to see better communication between the two parties in the future

Good value

Car was not checked on arrival at destination and I am now being told I may be charged for damages. Hertz has failed to communicate damages already on the vehicle to the receiving branch. Also inadmissible that only one person was on duty and the vehicle was not checked. This is stressful.

They are accusing me of damaging the car which is impossible
