Drop off insisted on charging me a full tank of fuel after I'd been told not to fill up as I'd only be charged what id used and at a 20p a litre discounted rate. After a lot of grief the boss agreed on 1.18 a litre for 34 litres but then added 20% tax so I may as well have filled the tank myself.

Avis takes a long time to devolve caution money.

This is a fantastic service and I hope to use it again wherever possible.

Pick up was quick once I got to the desk but I was waiting about 25 minutes. The drop off was nice and easy. Car was not to the level I expected, the driiveme app says saloon, I was expecting a saloon but got a Vauxhall Corsa. I'm still happy with the concept of driiveme and will 100% use again.

Brilliant. No complaints and can’t believe the price

First time user so a little apprehensive as to how things would go. Couldn’t have been any easier. Straightforward booking process with the car being ready at the allocated time. Very convenient service and happy I saved some money!
