Overall good experience

First time using DriiveMe and it won’t be the last! Effortless and enjoyable experience from booking through pick-up to drop-off. Car provided was bigger than expected and perfect for the purpose. Have already spread the word!

The site was easy to use and book. Van was collected from rental company who allocates a vehicle by the category (so can be anything in that category, not the one pictured). Vehicle handed back within 24hrs with no issue. Can only use this on limited routes but thats it. Would definitely use again.

the idea of this and execution of the service is absolutely amazing, a win win for all involved. Only slight let down was initially the hire car company couldn't find me, but this was down to the inexperience of the attendant rather than the service, but overall a great experience

Easy enough just some things to iron out in terms of website comms and ground staff as it was a kerfuffle trying to get my car. It was however worth it as the end price would have been more than double. Will use again

I wasn't too impressed receiving a smart car, possibly the worst possible type of car imaginable. However it was a £1 relocation car so can't complain too much! I would still use the service again.

A lot,easier than i thought.Pick up at Hertz was simple,just gave over all relevant documentation and within minutes was given the keys.Vehicle we received was a Vauxhall Astra. Drop off was easy, a bit too easy for my liking! We arrived after 8.30pm so had to post keys through letter box. No issues

In the pick up the company tried to make me use a service without specifying that it was a paid service.
