An incredible idea and a fantastic business plan. The only thing thats stopping me giving 5 stars for everything was the car pick up. The van i was supposed to have had a problem but this was sorted instantly by hertz. I feel any problem was only due to its early beginnings. Fantastic service

Hi! The staff at the Avis counter were very helpful and had a good sense of humor about the fact that they had to use a system that kept crashing. I believe a simplified system is necessary to prevent having to spend 45 minutes, as I did, getting the keys. like not asking me for my phone number,etc

The agence AVIS where I had to go in order to pick-up the vehicule was not clear.

Was not very clear where to leave the car....

No check at the pick-up, the guy left the car with the door open and left without even talking to me. I learnt afterward that I could just take it and leave like that. Otherwise, good car, no particular problem and the drop-off was good, the people were nice. Overall good experience.

An amazing experience, could not have imagined anything better. It was my first time using Driiveme, nevertheless, I have used and payed (sometimes quite an amount of money) for rented cars before, but never had this good experience as this one. Will definitely use it again. Thanks!

The process of hiring through DriiveMe was as simple to do as through a regular hire car company - with the exception that it's much cheaper! Very happy with the service. Alex

5 stars all round, issues with damaged car but not Driiveme's fault at all it was the rental car companies fault. Contacted Trevor when it happened and he was very helpful and even offered to contact them himself!

It’s the third time that i use driveme and everything is so simple. I spent five minute to pick up the vehicule and same to drop of. The contract is clear and everything can be notice to protect the rental

Europcar is always easy to deal with. The man on collection was happy to assist, although I was early. I was quickly on my way and drop off was also very straightforward. Car was great and overall process seamless.

As I only came across this company by chance when I was looking to hire a car , so was unsure how things would go. But was really surprised it was completely hassle free. I just wish there were more locations & return journeys.

Over an hour wait and Edinburgh airport and I got blamed for scratching the car on drop off which was later dropped. Driiveme offered an incredible service and I’m sure the pick up time was a one off

great first time user of the service. Pick up was confused but possibly just admin not knowing what was going on/new staff or whatever. Would definitely use again. Car itself was rather dirty and had a scratch or damage on most panels. possibly the reason why it was needing moved.
