Il me manquait une facture à l'arrivée sinon tout s'est bien passé l'équipe de Driiveme a été réactive. Véhicule peu propre et dans la réserve d'essence mais top. Toujours de l'attente, comme d'habitude, à l'arrivée dans le 12e !

Unfortunately we got first a car which was not in a good shape (losing oil and air from the tires and the prifil from the tires were down to almost zero). Therefore, we had to drive back to the agency after we drove 35 km. We got a replacement with no long discussion. The Service was great.

It was a incredible experience to have opportunity to travel from Porto to Lisbon with Avis/DriiveMe! Faster, easy and inexpensive! The car was new and practical. So, I liked so much.

I recovered a damaged vehicle, it does not matter, but especially with a plastic front piece that rubbed the floor, the garage has removed it at my request. Both garages were nice, I was told how to drive an automatic car

Unlike my first experience with driive name me that was a complete mess, this one went just super fine and the vehicule was owned by Hertz. I recommend driiveme when it comes to driving for a global car rental company like Hertz.

Perfect service, perfect communication. Perfect trip

Le propriétaire nous a demandé de retourner la voiture un jour avant le prévu et on s’est débrouillé pour faire ça. Lorsqu’on est arrivé chez lui, il ne nous a pas donné une covoiturage et il habitait 15 minutes de mon hostel.

The pick up and drop off went well and the car was exactly as described, although there was perhaps a lack of information provided to the individual whose car I was driving as there seemed to be a small misunderstanding.
