I really enjoy this service. Quite useful and should be spread more because it offer something for people that need to rent just one way and I guess both sides are happy. I think it should be just explained more in detail how the drop off works.

Muy cómodo, tanto la recogida como la entrega han ido sin problema.

Everything went perfect and no problems with the car

Smooth and enjoyable as always.

A little problem in the front right tyre that I mentionned to Avis staff upon arrival

Assolutamente oltre le mie aspettative! Servizio eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti.

tout bien

Overall the vehicle ( Volvo) was very good. However the gear selection with the new type of selector switch Volvo use could have been more user friendly. It proved a bit tricky to select the gear quickly. Could have been just my inexperience with this new automatic type selector.

No problems. All good.

Avis rental was excellent. It could not have gone better. This was a substitute for indie campers which was horrific - they cancelled the night before collection and did not want to know about the contract . Avis 5* Indie campers - should be closed as a company.
