at drop-off it was complicated to find where to leave the vehicle.

En general me ha gustado, pero da vértigo las coberturas tan mínimas del Seguro y la alta franquicia que se ha de pagar en caso de siniestro (2.000 €), unido a no tener cobertura de asistencia en carretera. Todo eso es subsanable, eso sí, abonando cantidades que hacen que ya no sea interesante.

Driiveme genial como siempre. AVIS aeropuerto T4 de Madrid un poco regular... Cola para la toma de datos y realización de contrato más otra cola para recoger el coche (la segunda totalmente innecesaria...) además de no repasar el coche contigo... Un poco descontrol, todo lo demás perfecto!!

No fuss and straighforward as any usual rental. A vehicle received (Skoda Rapid) wasn't the best but did the job. What more could I have asked for

It was hard to get the véhicule. People at the pick up location simply didn’t care. Car was not ready and did not start. Not sure if I would do it again. I also had no indication on gas, if i had to fill the thank or not

Excellent service again,had query prior to picking up car due to possible delay on my side and after quick call with Trevor all was sorted out and excellent customer service.

I was a tad apprehensive but I I booked it through the app hassle free, collected the car & the hertz guys were friendly and helpful, drove the car up, I actualy dropped it off 1hr late but they were happy with it as I called up to let them know! Will definitely use again
